1) Eliminate Gluten / Wheat from your diet (cereals, breads, pastas etc)

2) Eat lots of Fibrous Carbs with every meal (Green Vegetables)

3) Consume Starchy Carbs from Nutritional, Natural Sources (Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Coloured Vegetables)

4) Consume majority of your daily Starchy Carbs in your first post-training meal in order to maximise gains and recovery from workout

5) Snack on Red, Blue and Purple Fruits which are High in Antioxidants & Low in Sugar (Blueberries, Cranberries, Raspberries etc)
